Choose the sites where BGP appears
BGP DNA Anywhere only shows up where you tell it to. You build a short allow-list, one site at a time, from the extension's popup.
Add a site
- Go to the website.
- Click the BGP DNA Anywhere icon in your toolbar.
- Click Show BGP here. Allow Chrome's permission request for this one site.
- The probe strip appears at the bottom of the page. On the next visits it's there automatically.
Only https sites can be added.
Remove a site
Open the popup on that site and click the remove control next to it (or the site's row in the popup list). The strip disappears and the extension no longer runs there.
The master switch
The toggle at the top of the popup pauses the whole extension without changing your list: the popup then says "Overlay paused on all sites." Switch it back on any time.
AI chat sites, in one click
Enable on AI sites asks Chrome for permission on Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity and Gemini together. Each site you approve gets both the probe strip and the Save to Brain button. Decline one and it simply stays off. See Save to Brain.
On a site you've already added, the button reads "Already showing here ✓".
Good to know
- Your allow-list is stored only in this browser. It doesn't sync.
- Hide the strip on a page with its small pill without removing the site. Show it again the same way.
- The popup shows how many probes you've answered so far.
