BGP DNA Anywhere troubleshooting

The strip doesn't appear on a site I added.

• Reload the page. Chrome injects only into pages loaded after you allowed the site.
• Check the popup's master switch is on and the site is in the list. Only https sites work.

The strip says "BGP was updated — reload this page."

• Normal after an update. Reload the page.

Submit or Skip does nothing.

• An older copy of the strip is still on the page. Reload to update it.

Save to Brain isn't showing on an AI site.

• Turn on Enable on AI sites in the popup and add that site with Show BGP here, then reload the chat page. Supported sites: Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, Gemini.

My dashboard and Anywhere show different genomes.

• That's expected until you merge them. See Keep one genome.

Is my genome gone after removing the extension?

• Removing an extension clears its data. Export genome first, or import it into the dashboard, before you remove Anywhere.

Can it read my pages or my chats?

• No. It draws its strip in a sealed container, reads nothing from the page, and only saves the single chat turn you click Save to Brain on.
