The Mac dashboard (Mission Control)
Mission Control is the home screen of BGP Mission Control for Mac. It's a widget grid like the extension's, with a few Mac-only extras, and a sidebar that opens the app's other pages: AI Agents, Media Library, Belief Genome and Settings.
What's on the page
- Header: a greeting that changes with the time of day, today's date, the Refresh background and Organize buttons.
- Background photo: fills the window and changes daily by default. Change the source in Settings.
- The widget grid: Today's Agenda, Super Task Bar, Tasks, Bookmarks, Launchpad (your favorite Mac apps as chips), Shortcuts (apps, files or links), Notes, Deep Work, Habits, Countdowns, Important Dates, Daily Focus, Weather, Clock, News, Research, YouTube, Important Accounts, Inbox and the AI box.
- The probe bar: always at the bottom. Answer a short belief statement without leaving what you're doing.
- The sidebar: page navigation, connection status, Settings (gear) and zoom.
Organize the grid
Click Organize, drag widgets into place, resize them, then save. Hide a widget you don't use and it stops loading data.
Projects and lists
The Super Task Bar works like the extension's: project cards, tasks inside each, + Project, and six-dot grips to drag tasks within a card or cards along the bar.
Good to know
- Hover the BGP logo in the sidebar to see your app version.
- Launchpad and Shortcuts can open Mac apps and files because this is a native app. The Chrome extension can only open web links.
- To move this data into the Chrome extension, see Import from the Mac app.
