Mac app

Integrations on the Mac (Google, Microsoft, AI keys)

The Mac app connects to the same services as the extension, with a bit more setup because it talks to Google from your own Mac.

Google (Gmail + Calendar)

Open Settings → Email Integration and follow the guided steps. The first time takes 5–10 minutes: the app walks you through creating your own Google connection (a small setup in Google's console that belongs to you), then connecting each Gmail account is one click. Once connected, Today's Agenda, the Inbox and the email steps in agents work.

If Gmail ever shows a "Reconnect required" badge, click it and sign in again. It usually means Google expired the sign-in.

Microsoft (Outlook)

Settings → Email Integration → Connect Outlook, sign in, done. Outlook mail joins the Inbox.

AI keys

Settings → AI API Keys: Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, Gemini, ElevenLabs (for Text → MP3). Each field has a Test button. Keys stay on your Mac and are used to call providers directly.

Good to know

  • Nothing is routed through a BGP server: your Mac talks to Google, Microsoft and the AI providers directly.
  • Disconnect any integration from the same Settings section. Its stored sign-in is deleted.
